We are now looking for an experienced project manager to lead investment projects related to water and wastewater operations. The assignment includes the implementation of modernizations of process facilities and pumping stations within the water and wastewater system.

The work is carried out on-site at the organization's premises and facilities within the member municipalities in the region, with the main workplace in Malmö. There is some initial flexibility regarding the scope.

About the Role

As a project manager, you are responsible for:

• Planning, leading, managing, and following up on investment projects.
• Ensuring quality through established processes and routines.
• Coordinating technology, resources, timelines, and finances.
• Leading contractors and consultants and conducting procurements as needed.
• Conducting risk analyses and follow-ups.
• Participating in construction meetings, internal project meetings, steering groups, and reference groups.
• Managing stakeholder dialogues, especially with facility owners.
• Working in the project management tool Antura Projects.

The work encompasses 100% of a full-time position. During the first three months, the scope may temporarily be lower, but at least 50%.

Workplace

• Main location: Malmö
• The projects and meetings can be conducted at facilities within the region's member municipalities.
• The work is primarily conducted on-site, depending on the location and phase of the projects.

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered, you need to meet the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in the role of project manager.
• Have been responsible as a project manager for at least two projects with a budget over 2 million SEK, simultaneously, at least once in the last five years.
• Experience in managing projects according to ABT 06 in the last five years.
• Completed and approved BAS-U/BAS-P training within the last five years.
• Experience from process-related projects at wastewater treatment plants or water pumping stations.
• Experience with projects with an investment volume over 10 million SEK.
• Good ability to lead project teams and drive projects independently.
• References must be able to confirm that the projects have been completed satisfactorily and according to industry standards.
